Our relationship does not stop after we place a nanny for your family. You and your nanny will have access to an exclusive newsletter that highlights local activities, and also includes industry related tips, articles and other resources on how to cultivate a healthy, professional relationship.
We also have a Nanny Industry Specialist that keeps up with the industry standards, rates, and advocates for fair and legal pay who also helps educate you and your nanny.
We will follow up with your family after six months of employing your nanny with the intention of helping you iron out any difficulties, ensure that your contract is working for both parties, and discuss how you can honor your nanny.
