Our relationship does not stop when we have placed you with a family. As a team with over 30+ years of nanny experience, we truly understand both the amazing and challenging aspects of the job. We strive to cultivate an environment with an open door mentality where you can grow in your profession, reach out for help when you need it, and give you a place to go for resources. We partner with Jacksonville Nanny Social to plan and host local nanny meetups as well as run a local nanny exclusive facebook group (Jax Nannylife) to help build your community of “co-workers.” We have found that nannies in community are better nannies.

There are no expenses for you. We have a liaison that initiates the conversations between nannies and prospective families and will help negotiate the agreed upon expectations of the position, allowing you to create a mutually beneficial contract between both parties. We also have a Nanny Industry Specialist that keeps up with the industry standards, rates, and advocates for fair and legal pay who also helps educate you and your employers.
